“the space is so peaceful and harmonious. I had my first class this morning at 6:30 for Katonah Yoga Flow taught by Defne, it was a struggle getting up but I am so glad I did. Her class is so dynamic, one hour flew right by. She starts with breathing work with a lot of movement. Then it goes into more vinyasa, class ends with some bending and cooling. it is not the typical yoga class but I think everyone should give this class a try!“

“I had my first session with Douglas today. I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. We started off talking and then he had me walk. I am a dancer and have great balance and move well on the dance floor. But walking always felt clunky to me. I felt that I never learned to walk correctly and he helped me with that today. It was hard but I went home and walked through my neighborhood slowly focusing on what he told me. Then I walked again tonight and what I noticed was I felt no tension in my neck or shoulders.
