Very satisfied with the outcome. On the first try, they did not do exactly what I asked for, which resulted in a problem that required additional work on my old Mac laptop. This also cost a bit more money in parts. I offered to pay the additional cost for needed parts, and they said they would not charge me in these circumstances. They followed through better than I expected and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. My computer now works correctly.
