This has been the most frustrating experience working with this clinic. Their communication is horrible, getting my refills has been difficult. I have had to spend a lot of time trying to make sure I am getting what I need. You must be able to advocate for yourself if you work with this clinic. I had a couple of appointments changed from the procedure I needed to something else.
I have been coming to this community health center for about three years now. The type of care they provide is great. The office experience is always pleasant, seeing Juana is always so nice as she is always so sweet and helpful with any questions or help you might need. They treat you like family and I fully trust the doctors. I think what makes this place a gem though, is their lactation services. Sarah Hollister is a true hero in this community and if anyone is struggling with breastfeeding- she is a total expert with so much professionalism; it's astonishing. Absolutely blessed to have these professionals taking care of me and my family.
Great experience with Jason Cunningham. Super convenient location. Some of their doctors also do telehealth appointments which is also super convenient. Love having local health clinic!
