This has been the most frustrating experience working with this clinic. Their communication is horrible, getting my refills has been difficult. I have had to spend a lot of time trying to make sure I am getting what I need. You must be able to advocate for yourself if you work with this clinic. I had a couple of appointments changed from the procedure I needed to something else.

Great experience with Jason Cunningham. Super convenient location. Some of their doctors also do telehealth appointments which is also super convenient. Love having local health clinic!

I received a message this afternoon that my appointment for tomorrow has to be changed. I waited 5 weeks to get this appointment, and the Gravenstein Community Health Center is changing it the day before I was supposed to see my doctor. This is not the first time it's happened. I like my doctor, but the way this clinic is run is extremely frustrating. I have never experienced such a badly organized system of health care. This country's healthcare is bankrupt and this clinic is an example of how NOT to respect patient's health or time.
