I'm been getting chiropractic care for most of my life. I had come to believe that only one type of treatment really work for me. It's the type that people refer to as "having your back cracked". As I'm aging my need for treatment has continued, and sometimes increased. But the type of treatment I was used to was starting to feel a bit to rough. Dr. Doble provided me a wonderful education about how as we age and evolve our treatment needs to evolve too. The way Dr. Doble does a chiropractic adjustment is a perfect example of that. I've had at least five chiropractors since my forward whiplash accident a few decades ago. Some were great, some were okay, but none have really "gotten" my neck like Dr. Doble. The Toggle Recoil method and specific adjustments he does were recently a game changer after I re-injured my neck. I'm so glad to have found a neck specialist chiropractor in Sonoma County!
I am happy to report on the very excellent results I have had from my chiropractic treatments from Dr Doble. I was surprised at how it developed. I am very much improved. Walking is a breeze and occasionally I can sit crossed legged for an entire meditation. These were my original concerns. In addition he addressed my neck and that is also much improved. I would highly recommend him. I hope I can get in to see him after everyone hears how good he is.
