Dana quoted me $15 to launder and press queen sized sheets. $5 for pillowcases. One other dry cleaner in town was priced lower but I went with Dana as he is in my neighborhood. When I brought my stuff in, he said it would be $20-25 per sheet. When I reminded him of the phone call he lowered the price to $15 and said he would text when everything was ready, in about a week. 2 weeks later I showed up to get my laundry (no text) and he charged me $25 per sheet and $8 per pillowcase. Wow. I reminded him AGAIN of the phone call quote and he lowered the price. 2 sheets, 6 pillowcases = $75. I brought in clothes to be hemmed and cleaned. 3 pairs of pants and 3 dresses. Dresses were $60 - pretty expensive. 2 dress pants came out great. Then they completely ruined my jeans. I asked for them to be hemmed/shortened and to keep the original bottom. The man at the front even joked "who doesn't keep the original hem". When I took the jeans home there was no original hem. The jeans are completely worthless now. $120 down the drain. I haven't had a chance to call b/c it's been so long, but this experience made me really sad.Services: Clothes pressing

I'm so grateful to have this family business in my neighborhood. Really kind people and professional work, really prompt service and very reasonable prices. I'll definitely be bringing all alterations and dry cleaning to them from here on out!
