“I came here, because it was the only place near me open on Sunday. What a legitimate blessing that would turn out to be. I have had very long hair, always worn a hat or kept a shave to the scalp and nothing in between, so putting my hair in a bun, has been all I have ever really done with it, in the way of styling. Tina asked me what I wanted done and I said I didn't know. This prompted a thorough explanation of what kind of hair I had, where it parted, cow-licked and depending on the look I was going for (professional, messy, etc) how to cut it. I took Tina's recommendation on everything she suggested and walked away looking a much more dashing version of myself hahaha. Tina comes from a line of barbers that take their art very seriously and it showed with my experience in her shop.“

“Just moved to the area. I gave him a call after a couple others either didn’t have availability short notice. He has been cutting hair over 30 years and took a look at the sample photo I provided, spent a generous amount of time talking through how I wanted it and then executed it somehow both carefully and quickly. It turned out great and if for some reason I felt I wanted an adjustment he said I could come back anytime within 5 days and he’d fix it free of charge. I don’t need to, but it’s a cool guarantee.

“Went here back in. 2016. I was stationed in Petaluma while in the Coast Guard.. Base barbershop had butchered my hair so I had to find some local barbers… being from the east coast I had little hopes to find a place that felt like back home… this spot, these guys, wasn’t home but they showed me how the Bay Area guys do it big. The owner treated us with respect and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. I returned the favor by spreading the word to the guys on base and my haircut was the proof. I didn’t have to sell it because my guys on base was asking me where I got it! One the best barbershop I’ve ever been to. These dudes are professionals they take it seriously, know how to have a good time, and show you respect if you give it back. Haven’t been since I left Cali, but when I come back in town.
