“On a whim I called in to schedule a possible acupuncture appointment while experiencing some very weird body and mind sensations. I was blown away at the care, compassion and understanding I was given by Derek over the phone. He was able to pinpoint immediately the psychological and physical issues that I was experiencing (and what was causing them), and guided me over the phone to what I needed to immediately stop doing - which was what my intuition was telling me but needed to hear from someone. Without me even telling him too many specifics he could understand and empathize with my issue. I couldn't believe the attention, patience and kindness I was given. Better than any doctor, psychologist or ER visit. He helped save my sanity during an awkward terrifying moment and I am so grateful for the gift of healing he gave me.
