I had the pleasure of meeting both Al and Eddie. After going thru an unsuccessful bid for a land initially, I came back to Eddie and successfully found another 11 acre land in the same gated community (in Carmel Valley/Monterey area). Eddie is professional (has incredible follow-thru), very detailed oriented, and is incredibly patient. Because of these qualities and because he is a good listener, I received quality inspection/due diligence reports from him. I also want to point out that he has integrity.
