His work, that he explained in detail, was most thorough and didn't leave place for any mistake. He also helped us with an estimate for a bathroom fan replacement. Again his work was impressively thorough and he gave us a number of options, each with their pros and cons. He sure will be the one to do that job. His fees are very fair. “Couldn't have asked for better service! Cody gave his all in installing a badly-needed wall heater. He made very, very sure everything was installed properly, checked a possible vent issue. Replaced a cap on the outside vent, tightened it down, then sealed around the area to help prevent water intrusion into the attic spaces. He thoroughly checked the heater's output, made adjustments as needed to ensure as close to zero carbon monoxide as possible. Would be very happy to have this company do more work in the future.“

“Our 15 year old radiant water and home water heater recently started leaking. We contacted Peninsula Hydronics/Plumbing since we recognized their trucks in Carmel on many occasions. Our first contact was on a Thursday with Lisa, Office Manager, who got us promptly scheduled same day without an emergency service rate. Radiant Heating Technician Phillip came out and triaged the problem that the heater was definitely at the end of its service life. After a consultation with owner/proprietor Pete Pinon, we agreed to go the tankless water heater route. By the following Monday, we were set up for installation! Technician Andrew and David did a superb job installing and replumbing/replacing the previously installed nightmare of piping and recalibrated our system. Due to debris in the previously installed system, Phillip managed to flush all the junk out. Throughout our project/installation, Pete (owner) checked in on the progress. “workers arrived on time and complete the job replacing my wall gas heater even though we did not have any electricity, I was afraid they would have to reschedule but they managed to it it completed, they did leave handprints on the walls and wall shavings as well as dust bunnies but with no electricity to see I was happy to clean up their mess and thankful they were able to complete the project. my only disappointment was they checked the old aged thermostat and it worked so they didn't offer to replace it, I would have ran down to the store and pick one up if I had realized it was in their job description. my husband tried to do it after they left but couldn't figure it out,as I said it was an old thermostat and the color of the old wires don't match up with what the new one had, I just wish they would have told me they could replace it but everything else was great and I highly recommend the Fuse HAVAC company“
