I saw a lot of poor reviews but genuinely don't see why-- I was impressed with his service and the other office staff were all kind and friendly. It was a quick no fuss appointment and my glasses actually arrived earlier than expected for pick up.

First time here and the appointment was a lot faster than I expected. The eyeglasses I got from them did take only two weeks, instead of the four weeks they said it would. The overall experience was positive, I'll probably be sticking with them for a while.During my appointment, I asked for a printed out of my prescription so I could buy glasses AND contacts. Then they just handed me the paper and didn't bother telling me that I don't have a prescription for contacts.I get they're busy, but explaining my options as one test is covered by insurance and the other is not doesn't really explain the differences between them...So I asked about it when... read full review

I used to come here as a kid, and I decided to come back when I moved back to the area. My experience was quite pleasant. My appointment ran smoothly. The staff were friendly. My only issue is that when doing the eye chart test when they say "number one or number two" the doctor seemed to be in a rush. That made it a little difficult for me to decide which ones were better. Other than that my experience was good.
