I have been going to Nell for many many years. The massages are exactly what my body needs. She makes me feel comfortable and welcome. Sensing my needs, she always makes me feel like a million bucks. I have been to many spas on the Peninsula and have found the Body Suite the only one that I schedule regular appointments and keep coming back. Highly recommend for a needed treatment for locals and vacationers alike.

I loved my Reiki treatment! This is the first time that I have been to Body Suite Day Spa and the first treatment I received from Lynn. My treatment was so energizing. Lynn is a very astute and sensitive practioner. She is able to access complex energy blockages and help me release these blockages for my healthy energy flow. The spa facility is beautiful and soothing. Even down to the sound system -- I enjoyed my treatment to the sound of breatking waves and beautiful music. My highest of recommenndations.
