This was my first visit to Cindie O. at Seal Beach Phenix salon. Cindie actually listened to my concerns and thoughts. What a relief. I wanted the long mop on my head off AND wanted little or no maintenance. She washed, cut, and blew dried my hair for only $55. What a wonderful experience. Of course, in today's environment prices can change; but, I am really, really happy with Cindie. Also your hair experience is occurring in an individual room and being a senior citizen and still afraid of Covid, I was appreciative of the environment. Very comfortable. Atta girl to Cindie.

There are too many different businesses at this location to rate, however I'm giving 5 stars because the building has excellent ventilation and that's something we all need to consider because of COVID. According to my portable CO2 monitor the air inside is nearly as good as outside air which means you're less likely to be re-breathing someone else's exhaled air.

I went to Tammy to get my hair cut on my birthday earlier this year, by recommendation of my aunt. I'm so glad that I trusted her with my hair! I'm usually very picky about my stylist and have been going to the same guy in LA for a while, but am now living in the OC and needed someone more local. Her suite in Phenix is decorated real cute and isn't too cluttered like most places can be. Thank you Tammy! I'll definitely be back for a cut again :)
