1. The couples room wasn't set up when we arrived - Fine simple mistake, no big deal.2. When I wanted to add on to the service right before we went in the room the masseuses seemed annoyed that the front desk didn't offer additional services or set that up before we were sent back. So we had to go back to the front desk and request the add on aroma therapy.my daughter and I decided to give the membership a try - Gave them my debit card and both of our ID's to set it all up.3. Then I received an email that I had a missed appointment that I never made in the first place.4. Tiffany is the absolute BEST masseuse!! She is very respectful, professional and skilled! I will go wherever Tiffany goes. I love the fact that she washes my feet and uses warm, moist towels to remove the excess oils that are used. Tiffany gets a 10+ rating. The BEST!
I love this place and my masseuse Allison. I go once a month as a healthy treat for myself. This location has the best staff. I always experience a welcoming warm and professional arrival and ease in scheduling my next appointment before I leave. I also get a friendly reminder the day before my appointment. It is a bit of a drive for me but so worth it.
