“This was my first visit to Cindie O. at Seal Beach Phenix salon. Cindie actually listened to my concerns and thoughts. What a relief. I wanted the long mop on my head off AND wanted little or no maintenance. She washed, cut, and blew dried my hair for only $55. What a wonderful experience. Of course, in today's environment prices can change; but, I am really, really happy with Cindie. Also your hair experience is occurring in an individual room and being a senior citizen and still afraid of Covid, I was appreciative of the environment. Very comfortable. Atta girl to Cindie.“

“The Commune Hair Cult is such a peaceful, chill spot. I discovered it when my stylist Andy relocated here. The location is clean, relaxing, and everyone I've interacted with has been kind. I've been trusting Andy with my haircare since about 2017 and am thankful for their expertise and online scheduling ;) I have short - medium hair, and Andy has always been skilled with this length. “I love getting my hair done at GoodFolk! First, it’s worth mentioning that this salon is in such a cute part of Seal Beach. It’s a great area to get lunch or coffee afterward.I always feel welcome here, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been so friendly! I have been lucky to work with both Kim and Claire. They are amazing! I am so glad that I started going back to the salon after the pandemic.Here’s a picture after my cut + color visit with Kim today. “Went to this salon for the first time today. I had an appointment with a stylist named Amber. I left my previous stylist as he started running a assembly line and I would be there for hours and hours. What a breath of fresh air Amber was today And became less and less happy with his services.. I walked in, she was ready for me, I sat in her chair and she immediately went to work on my weave, she's also very funny and personable. She is a consummate professional. I am 62 years old and when she was done with me my hair looked like that of a 20 year old. She did a conditioning treatment that was awesome. Amber is professional, she is talented and her prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend Amber highly enough. In fact, my husband has an appointment with her this Thursday and my daughter will be making one soon. Thank you Amber for being so amazing. So very thankful we found you. And from what Amber said about Ashley, I can't wait to book a facial with her!!!“
