I'm thoroughly disappointed in this business. So much that this is my first Yelp review ever written. I dropped off my tuxedo for dry cleaning and they gave me someone else,s pair of tuxedo pants. This is a huge miss, especially since I was told to wear my tuxedo for my best friends wedding. Despite me giving my phone number (standard to locate orders by customer I believe), they couldn't locate my order and claimed that they could not find my order. They found my order after giving my last name, however they somehow didn't find or locate that I dropped off a tuxedo. This is ridiculous and the net. this business has my pair of tuxedo pants and I need them back. Otherwise they need to reimburse me. Hard no for me being a loyal customer.

I brought my military uniform in to get some patches put on. They completely put them on the opposite sides that I had told them. So I let the clerk know and she said it would get fixed and to come back next week. I came back and NOTHING was done to fix it. This is the second time they ruined my uniform. Ill never come back here again. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
