We found a young kitten in bad shape and in desperate need of medical care. We were able to get a same day appointment. The front room staff was so kind and caring when I was emotional and crying.
The vet (and his assistant?) took great care of the little kitten. The kitten was in rough shape. I was concerned he would die or lose his eyes. The vet treated the kitten swiftly.
It has been almost a week and you wouldn't even recognize the kitten. He is gaining weight and recovering well. He will return for a second visit this week.

I am a former veterinary nurse and in school they told us a doctor should not only do a thorough examination but also listen to what the family member says because they know the patient well. Doctor Burns did that, she and her assistant were very professional and my cat Kojiki has recovered. The Valley Oak staff receptionists, nurses and assistants were friendly and helpful. If I knew all of there names I would mention every one of them. I recommend this clinic and all their staff.

Love love love this Veterinary Clinic! I took my precious cat Luna to get her yearly wellness check and vaccines and I had such a wonderful experience. The staff was so kind and welcoming, Dr. Clift was a phenomenal vet who made my Luna feel safe and comfortable, and the vet assistant Mohammad was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! It was worth the drive to come to a place that is incredibly warm and gives you their full and undivided attention. This is the best place to take your beloved pet children to get the care and love they need!
