LightSpeed Martial Arts Academy

My sons (13y and 10y) have been attending Lightspeed Martial Arts for about a year and a half. It is a great, safe, friendly and fun place to learn martial arts. It has noticeably increased their confidence, focus, self-discipline and motivation - even when at school! They also learn about respect, anti bullying, self-defense and programs to help them get back into school after summer break. Highly recommend this place. They offer classes from age 3 to adult.

Just had a birthday party here for my 7year old. Better than I could have expected. They were so kind, incredibly organized and the kids had a blast. I am going to recommend to all my friends, because it was a one of a kind party!

My teenage son was about to test for his black belt when the studio he attended for years had to close down due to the pandemic. Fortunately a friend recommended LightSpeed. My son was feeling very discouraged at the time and just wanted to quit, but Master Matt Salisbury was extremely kind and supportive and helped him complete his training and prepare for the test. I would highly recommend LightSpeed for kids of all ages (and adults!), due to the positive and encouraging environment and the quality of training provided.
