I had a fantastic experience this weekend with Skye for a haircut. It was my first visit to the salon, and I truly felt welcomed, pampered, and Skye went the extra mile to get to know me and know exactly what I wanted and needed for a change of style. I couldn't have asked for a more engaging and fun stylist, I left feeling great with a bouncy new "do" and felt fresh and relaxed. Anna also swung by for a visit while Skye was working her magic, so the whole morning was quite enjoyable and a wonderful start to the day. Thank you Anna and Skye!!

This is by far the best salon I've been to. I've been going to Billie for years now and she is my forever go to when I need to feel alive again. The best cut and blowout ever. I came for my appointment and my boyfriend tagged along. As soon as we walked in, the shop owner, Anna, along with the rest of the staff made us feel so welcomed, offering tea and beverages. Not only am I going to come back because Billie is here but because the salon is amazing as a whole.

Faust Salon in Scott's Valley is outstanding. I called with a hair emergency and spoke to Anna the owner and she was very helpful, supportive and kind. Thankfully, Emily had a last minute cancellation and was able to help me. She did a wonderful job fixing my color as best as she could. She carefully added highlights and took her time to explain my choices. From the moment I arrived at Faust, I could tell it was very welcoming and cohesive. The other stylists were very sweet as well and every haircut I saw that was given during my emergency session was lovely.
