I reached out to Kevin in a bind (on a Sunday/Holiday) to come do a last minute inspection for me the next day. He was prompt to respond to me, and was luckily able to fit me in to his schedule. I was so grateful as we are in contract on a house, and found more issues with the property than suspected, and we wanted to get a mold test done ASAP to see what we were up against. Kevin showed up on time for our appointment, he was super thorough on what they were going to do to test the property for mold.
