We had a fantastic experience with Kevin and A.R.E. Inspections. They are reasonably priced, very helpful, friendly, you feel completely comfortable with him in your home, and he made himself available for follow up questions and consultation. Kevin can be self-sufficient and find his own way around the home, but he is also open to your input, such as your areas of concern. The report he gives after is helpful and detailed. I would highly recommend Kevin and A.R.E. Inspections.

I reached out to Kevin in a bind (on a Sunday/Holiday) to come do a last minute inspection for me the next day. He was prompt to respond to me, and was luckily able to fit me in to his schedule. I was so grateful as we are in contract on a house, and found more issues with the property than suspected, and we wanted to get a mold test done ASAP to see what we were up against. Kevin showed up on time for our appointment, he was super thorough on what they were going to do to test the property for mold. His level of expertise in knowing where and how many samples to draw gave me peace of mind that we weren't missing anything nor over paying. He was able to get same day results, and also went above and beyond well past working hours to get me a report back on the mold findings. I highly recommend this business and Kevin if you're ever in need of a mold report. Our realtor was very impressed by him as well, and will likely be using his services in the future.
