I have experienced good customer service here. Sure, sometimes I've waited a few minutes for a call to wrap up, but seriously life is not so urgent (for me at least) that I can't manage a few minutes of waiting while a clerk is on a call. Today there was a mix up with my clothing and my husband said the items were not there when he went. I called and asked about the mixup and they brought the overlooked items to me because they are closed on Sunday and I am flying out Monday early a.m. That gesture was so above and beyond what I Norma experience in retail and service that I was inspired to write them a review. Thank you SBDC for your exemplary service :)

No clue why there's so many beefing reviews here. Everything about the joint is top notch: their estimates are always quick, and they usually beat their own estimate by a large margin. The weekend dude brings his cute little dog, the sweet girls during the week will make you smile. I ditched another deadbeat dry cleaner in the area almost a year ago and couldn't be happier here at Sausalito Bright.
