Pacific Window Cleaning was not as satisfactory as we expected when they cleaned the windows in our Sausalito home. At the door, the fellow in charge did not introduce himself and sort of barged in. Because there were four of them, they roamed over the house without asking. When I pointed out a few incomplete cleaning of two windows, the young man made a face and said he cleaned it as best he could. The price was high and the service was low. All in all, unprofessional and unmotivated crew.
