Don't patronize them. They are dishonest. After they overcharged me, later returning the overcharge, they rudely won't accept my business because I caught their scam. There are many alternatives in Marin.

The attention is good, the problem is that the place does not open on time, they have a note on the door with the opening hours at 8:00 am. On the website it says they open at 8:30 am and it is not true, have more respect with your client.

I'm sad to be writing this review, but I think it's important to warn anyone of Pacific Heights Cleaners. The staff are nice enough, but my puffy coat was just ruined. I had brought it in because of some water stains and left with new stains and ruined buttons. I was devastated. I pointed out the new stains and the damaged buttons and was told "we are not liable for button damage" and they didn't take any responsibility for the new stains.

I think the worst part is, they were pretty much calling me a liar, saying the damage around the buttons was already there. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't take responsibility...read full review
