The woman who works here is lovely, the owners not so much. I brought a shirt in for stain treatment, they didn't get the stain out and also stretched out the shirt to the point of being unwearable. The owner (Archie) said it was 100% the fault of the shirt manufacturer, and they played no role in the problem (huh?). He did nothing to try to resolve the issue, not even refunding the cost of the dry cleaning (never mind the cost of the shirt). I had been a frequent customer up until interacting with Archie, and now will take my business elsewhere.

We've worked with them for 3+ years and have been extremely happy with the service. Our clothes always come back perfectly cleaned and are ready when promised. We've never had any issues. Bonus: The woman who owns this small business (Freshte) is a bundle of positivity and professionalism. It may sound odd, but we genuinely enjoy interacting with her to schedule dry cleaning pickups. We'd work with them even were it not for Freshte, but speaking to her makes the chore of cleaning our clothes more pleasant.

(Using my husband's account to write this) Freshte and Archie saved my wedding dress! I came to them when I had to buy a new last-minute wedding dress and needed last-minute alterations. I really thought I wouldn't be able to find anyone to help me on such short notice, but they saved the day! They were able to alter the dress and steam/clean it within just a few days, and it was perfect. Freshte, Archie and everyone who works here are the kindest people. I couldn't thank them enough. We have also used them for other alterations and dry-cleaning services. I highly recommend this business!
