“This review is long overdue -- I have been seeing Annie before COVID, when her shop was still on S De Anza. So when she shared with me that she was relocating her shop, was I glad she decided to stay around the area! Her manicure and pedicure are high quality. She uses great products and takes her time to ensure she does a great job. Clean instruments, hot towels. And don't let me start about her massage! This is enough for me to take a micro-nap. She's that great! Her customer service is top-notch. I have a busy work schedule and rarely find an opening to see her. However the ease of setting an appointment is fantastic. I sometimes text her the night prior, hoping by some miracle she is able to see me. And so far, I have been lucky. She is clear with her communication and sends you an appointment reminder. Her shop is clean and peaceful. High ceilings with a large sunroof adds to the wonderful ambience. She has peaceful spa music playing in the background and comfy massage chairs for her pedicure. Nail colors are varied and displayed on the wall. I know small businesses are having a difficult time these days. So please support Annie --- come and see her. It's business owners like her who we would want to stay in our community.“

“I LOVE this place. After many years trying to find a good hair stylist I finally found this place. Service is top notch, she really cares about her clients and takes time to understand what you want. it's about passion with her. She really enjoys what she does and she doesn't do it for the money, but to help people feel and look at their best. My haircut was fabulous, hair color was perfect and there are little, wonderful 'perks' like the cookies and tea you get every time, and this last time I was here for a long time and she even gave me some salad so I wouldn't be hungry. “Crazy story time. 30 years ago when I was a wee lad I used to work in Cupertino, and I used to pop in to the haircut place in the shopping center where I worked for hair cuts. Fast forward 30 years, I've changed jobs, moved away, and haven't had a hair cut in the bay in ages... but I'm "home" briefly and need a hair cut. Quick look on Google and Happy Cuts is nearby with great hours. I ring and they're happy to book an appointment.The excellent woman is busy cutting my hair and we're chatting - I wondered when they opened (since they weren't here when I was a kid.) They moved here 6 years ago from... Cupertino! Turns out they were the shop in that shopping center 30 years ago that used to cut my hair!Anyway, the hair cut was perfect (despite never having seen me before and my hair being wildly over-grown). They asked all the right questions, clipped and trimmed it up just perfect. I took my mom, and she was equally pleased with her cut. They asked her a bunch of style questions and brought out some style equipment to ask what she was used to and what she did at home. They were really good about making sure she had something she was happy with and could manage at home.While we were in, lots of parents were bringing their kids through and they were excellent with them - kind, patient, attentive.So, crazy nostalgia aside, they did a great job. Easy to schedule, nice big place, clean, friendly, lots of people working. Prices are more than reasonable. I am really glad to have found them again and look forward to getting mom over there regularly for cuts. You should give them a shot the next time you need a cut, too!“
