If I could, I would give Minhua a 10 star, because she is the best! Minhua is efficient and effective across the whole process, by proactively identifying areas to improve, effectively landing the improvment areas, and effectively close the house under a week after the listing. Overall it is the most enjoyable experience and I'd strongly recommend Minhua to friends or family members! Once again, super awesome work! I'd definitely work with Minhua again in the future!!!

We can't recommend Minghua enough. Minghua and her assistant Christine took care of us in our home buying and house selling process. We have purchased a home before and working with them was great since they provided their honest opinions on the properties when others agents may be more interested in closing the sale. Minhua has many years of experience and was able to help us navigate the challenging landscape of rising interest rates, rising housing prices, and multiple offers to ultimately helping us save money. On the selling front they both were able to help us to sell at the right time using the right amount of upgrades to maximize our selling offer. Renovations and staging were all timed perfectly making the selling process was very smooth. Overall the experience was great and saved us time and money on both sides of buying and selling.
