Jim was easy to reach by phone, he always answered right away, I never had to play phone tag with him. On the day of my cleaning he arrived promptly (actually a little early!), worked efficiently and did a great job. I will call him again next time I need to have the carpet cleaned and I strongly recommend him.

Jim has been maintaining our carpets and upholstery for many years. He was recommended by one of our neighbors and what a great referral. Jim is honest, dependable and thorough. Our Pottery Barn sectional was looking dreadful after the lockdowns of was pandemic but Jim was able to return it to a pristine, clean state. Highly recommend!
