Clarence is our go-to real estate agent. He's always been available to immediately help us check out the places we've been interested in over the years, even when they repeatedly don't work out (either due to crazy Bay Area bidding wars or our own fickle decisions). He was there for us when I bought my first condo, and he's continued to help us with our most recent purchase of our first single family home. He's available to answer any questions or concerns we've had throughout the process, and kept us informed of our options before our purchase, and our day to day requirements during escrow. He goes a long way to make you feel appreciated as a client. If you are in need of a real estate agent in the Bay Area (south bay for us specifically), you will be in good hands with Clarence.

Clarence was so helpful in our experience of buying a home for the first time--and he walked us through it in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic!
