I was in the middle of the escrow and needed termite treatment for my new property based on the termite inspection report from the seller. I contacted Jake after some research and Jake was very thorough to ask all the relevant details and went onsite did further investigation very quickly to further confirm the issues listed in the report. He quickly developed the new report and scope of work for me and even with less cost. What I appreciate most is how responsive and accommodating Jake is!
