I have been bringing my senior pup here since 2024 and I have to just say my experience here is always a delight. Dr. De Andino is an angel and is truly helpful in every way. You definitely can tell that she is genuine and passionate about what she does! The woman at the front desk was here the last time we brought our boy in and I thought that it was sweet how she greeted, not only us, but Buddy with a big warm welcome! Keep up the great work guys!
The vet and staff are excellent. Professional and caring. The corporation on the other hand are not .I read the sign threatening (yes, it sounded like a threat to me) that I HAVE to pay a $5.99 disposal fee every time I have an appointment. Even for just a regular check up. That is crazy! I already pay a fee for visits for a year at a time for both my furbabies. You are getting out of hand. Fees, fees, and more fees. We can barely afford what we have now. Cut the crap or you WILL lose more patience. Me included. Your devoted staff deserve better than this! So do your paying customers!
The staff is extremely helpful and Dr. D is compassionate, knowledgeable and Provides quality care for all of my dogs. I’m new to the area and it was wonderful to find such a terrific veterinary service.
