I have been seeing Marin for over 4 years now and she never disappoints. I always leave feeling wonderful and get so many compliments on my hair. I have naturally curly hair and she cuts it well, but always blows it out at my appointments so I have a fun look for a few days. (Such a treat and my hubby loves it.) I would highly recommend anyone with curly hair to see her. She knows what she is doing.

Marin is an amazing stylist! She has brought my curls to life and keeps my grays gracefully away with her color skills. Most recently, I entrusted her to create a curly style that she envisioned on me. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Marin will make your hair look it's very best and educate you along the way about how to care for your hair. She's also one of the nicest human beings I've ever met! I highly recommend her for your hair and color needs.

One Painted Pony is a relaxing private studio located in San Diego’s San Carlos neighborhood adjacent to La Mesa. Marin Johannah specializes in Brunette, Red, Corse, Wavy and Curly hair. Smoothing Treatments with a pleasant smell are also offered. One Painted Pony only uses sustainable, low chemical and chemical free products that are never tested on animals and have pleasant more natural scent. Safety and comfort are always a priority during uncertain times.
