They offer excellent customer service, going above and beyond to help find solutions, including helping customers pick out items and offering to assemble products on the spot. While there was an issue with a pack being short one item, this was later offset with a free pack. The shop is highly recommended, with many customers stating they will definitely be coming back.

I have bought a ten pack of brass pipe screens three different times and only got nine screens each time. The person I talked to about it didn't really care if I was shorted.

UPDATE: I bought another pack of screens after my first review and was given a free pack to offset the missing screens from before. I only needed three screens but the pack had eight.

Janet went above and beyond to help me find a solution for a broken water pipe slide. I really appreciate her ingenuity and excellent customer service. She made my day. I highly recommend this place! They have a great selection and Janet is so sweet.

Walked in and was immediately greeted, answered all my questions and turns out what I was using wasn't right with my vape to what I was looking for, very helpful and helped me pick out a juice that I am very happy with. Offered to help me put it together right there on the spot also! I'll def be coming back here.
