I am a long time patient of Dr Arellano. My prescription has not changed in over 20 plus years and I am thankful for that. He is alway pleasant and professional. I will miss him once he retires and I will have to hunt for another great optometrist. Dr Arellano, THANK YOU for your many years of service.

He's a keeper. I have been seeing Dr. Arellano for the last 2 years and I have been very happy with his level of care and helpful tips on how to take care of my sensitive eyes and reduce strain in my every day life, since I don't have the greatest eyesight to begin with. I recently had a change in eye insurance and after confirming with the office that they took my new insurance, I made my appointment for my yearly visit. There was a miscommunication with the front staff and after the appointment, I found out they actually did NOT take my insurance. I was pretty saddened finding out that I was going to have to pay out of pocket, since I live on a very tight budget, and the cost of the exam (while a very still a very good price) is a lot for me. Two people from the office, including Dr. Arellano himself, called me to apologize for the miscommunication and made the situation right again. I was so touched that management cared enough about keeping me as a patient that they were willing to reach out to me so incredibly promptly. Its so important to find healthcare providers that care. Thank you to the team at Dr. Arellano's office for being patient with me. See you next year!
