In March 2020, we were looking for a licensed General Contractor to renovate a house and a separate apartment. We were exhausted after interviewing four prospective contractors. At that time, a friend recommended Blue Line Builders. How fortuitous that was for us! We called Blue Line Builders and the owner, Dale, came out the next day. We immediately liked him. He was down to earth, and his years of experience were evident. He listened to exactly what we wanted, took notes and put together a very detailed plan. He took the time to go through each line with us so that we completely understood it. Although he had a team of workers and a manager for the jobs, he was always available by phone and met with us regularly for progress checks. During the course of the work, we requested some additional work which had not been included in the original contract. This was no problem and those items were added and completed exactly as we had requested. We did not encounter the problems that you normally do with contractors. Dale is a good communicator. He is honest, down to earth and does what he says he is going to do. We highly recommend Blue Line Builders and would definitely hire him again.

Blue Line Builders were amazing in helping us renovate after two incidents of water damage. In both cases, they were very responsive and provided amazingly detailed estimates that were acceptable to our insurance company. And the prices were quite reasonable.At the same time, Blue Line Builders provided excellent quality work. Kevin, the designer/project manager helped me choose tiles, paint colors, cabinets, handles, faucets, etc. He studied current trends to make our house super marketable. As a result, we sold the house promptly with no issues. Thank you so very much!

My review is overdue. We had major water damage two weeks before Christmas. Coming home from the happiest place on earth to a nightmare was so stressful as well as dealing with insurance. Me and my husband had heard the worst stories about hiring contractors and its such a stressful time thinking anything can go wrong when your trying to get your house fix. I was so blessed to have used contractor connect with my insurance because that lead to use meeting Dale and Tony. We did have a few contractors come over and provide us a bid but only Dale provide me one within 48 hours. The rest of the other contractors were asking for the insurance estimate. We hired Blue Line Builders and they were amazing. They worked with our ideas on how we wanted our new kitchen and bathroom as well as the rest of the house. Tony was our project manager and he was always reachable and helped us find different fixtures we were looking like my farmhouse sink. It did take them about a week more to finish due to covid but we are so happy how everything turned out. Thank you!
