Accurate Grading & Paving

We recently had Accurate install drains and pavers in our back yard. We have a good size slope in the backyard and the flat area at the base was uneven and prone to flooding and would remain soggy for weeks. Kameron and his crews installed our drains just before the big rains on January 23. We had no issues with flooding and the drains kept up and worked great! The pavers also came out fantastic! Kameron's crew of Hector, Oscar, and Michael arrived promptly everyday and kept a clean and organized work site. Kameron was very responsive and answered any questions I had through the entire project. I would definitely use them again in the future.

In this day and age of contractors ripping us off, ghosting us, doing crappy work, or just being plain ornery, I was so happy we found Kameron at Accurate Grading! We got several bids for a retaining wall; Kameron provided a great price, the work was outstanding and done in a single day. We needed another retaining wall and then later on, two more. The last two we didn't even bid out, we just had Accurate complete them because we trusted them completely. Accurate workers were super friendly, worked hard and fast and the provided outstanding results! I have to say we were totally impressed by not just the work but how friendly and courteous all of the workers were, it was a pleasure to have them build for us!

I got a list of block wall contractors from RCP in Santee. We received about 4 quotes. We immediately liked Kameron from Accurate. He was so easy to communicate with and just a super "like-able" guy right from the start. His quote came in under or about the same from the others. I have a long history of hiring contractors that wind up not doing great, or asking for more money or taking more time than they say they will take. Just one bad experience after the other. Hiring Accurate Grading and Demo was such a wonderful experience! They got the job done a whole day earlier than they said. They cleaned up everything better than the way it was originally. The crew was extremely nice and professional. I have since called Kameron out two times about a future job that is coming up and again.... concise, extremely patient and knowledgable in helping us figure out the best way to get done what we want done. He is a class act and not just "nice" to get the job. Nice to finally be able to trust a contractor again. Thank you Accurate Grading and Demo!
