Tom is the BEST!!! I have been using ABZ Appliance for over a decade now. He is extremely reliable, knows his business, and is always there for me. He is very professional and always respectable.
My Hotpoint dryer "On/ Start" setting broke late Friday and I called Thomas to set up an appointment for Monday as it was not an emergency. He arrived on time and within a half hour he fixed my problem by moving the start knob to another opening in the front panel of my dryer! No extra parts just his common sense and vast knowledge of dryers! He was pleasent and knows his stuff, an old school type of guy. Happy customer here. I highly recommend ABZ appliance Repair . Tom showed up on time to work on our washing machine. He was polite and courteous. Turned out the washer leak was easily fixed and saved us from buying a new washer. Will definitely use his service again!
