“I recently had the privilege of receiving a facial and brow "tidy up" from Monica, the owner of The Salon. I can say this with total honesty and sincerity, Monica is terrific!! She loves what she does and not only can you feel it, it shows. Her attention to detail, how she touches ones face, how my skin looked afterwards, my brows, her space... all of it. It may not be a huge, super fancy-pants salon but what it is, is excellent!! The shop is cozy, pretty, quiet, spotless and feminine with all the right touches that makes one feel special. Monica takes pride and care in what she does. She's professional, polite, cheerful and clearly passionate about her craft. My skin felt and looked refreshed, clean and bright. I don't live in Santa Ynez but my family does and from now on when I come to visit, I plan on getting my facials from Monica at The Salon. Thank you!“

I use them for all my photography clients, and my clients always look AMAZING, natural and like themselves. She can do make up for literally all ages, just the other day she styled up a 65 year old woman so perfectly, and then right to a 25 year old bride, and a 17 year old high school senior. She's perfect and lovely to chat with while getting styled up, but not toooo chatty (like you can relax). She's just the best.“
