West Coast Fire and Water came to our home for restoration of a leak that damaged our wall and flooring. Their professional and friendly repair team, led by Dan, was a pleasure to work with. They did an amazing job, were always here on time and left everything clean and secure. West Coast Fire & Water came out to assess a heavy mold issue in one of our 2 bedrooms units. Not only were they professional and prompt, but also very thorough in their documentation. Step by step I was informed of all aspects of the job. Brian was in constant communications with me and made sure all was understood by my office. They were great! Our toilet made a mess of the bathroom, escaped to wreck the carpet and even soak into the walls, but Bobby and the team got it fixed right up. Very friendly and easy to work with. Top notch.
