I very rarely write reviews but I cannot miss the opportunity to pass on my recommendation for Robert De Wan and his really FANTASTIC service. I had a serious situation with water damage at my home which necessitated removing bathroom walls, tub and shower. It was an ugly job that required hours and hours of really hard work. It turned out beautifully in a short period of time!Not only did I get a price that was more than fair (I got quotes from several other contractors), I was able to establish a working relationship with Robert that felt like real team work. I have not experienced this before, as I am a woman and in the past I have felt disregarded when it comes to construction projects. Not so with Robert! I felt respected, listened to, cared about and communicated with every step of the way.I felt so grateful for his consideration and his know how and also for his suggestions as to how to make the job more affordable. The sense of security his emotional sensitivity gave me, combined with his talents and know how made this the most satisfying construction job I've experienced yet. I would use him again anytime for anything! If you are looking for a person who will listen to you, demonstrate reliability, excellent communication and technical know-how, don't hesitate. You will not be sorry!

Visionary Builders is my go-to for home repair and improvement. Robert recently installed a heat-pump water heater for me. My old gas water heater was long past its sell-by date. The new water heater runs like a champ. Robert went the extra mile to super insulate the pipes leading from the outside heat pump to the inside water tank. I am very happy to have a trustworthy professional to make my home improvement plans a reality.

Robert came to my house, diagnosed my problem accurately, called the manufacturer to check on any warranties, and found the most cost effective way to solve the problem with my water heater.I highly recommend Visionary Builders and will continue to use them in the future.
