“I'm so grateful. The best experience I've had with a veterinary office of any kind. The staff is amazing. Incredibly friendly. Cared more about my dog than over charging for needed elements of care than people can not generally afford during financial hardship or not. Less than 24 hours after appointment I received a text with lab results which explained her symptoms. Her medication for the condition was available for pick up the next day. AND then...... spring of 2022 my girl was having symptoms that were highly concerning me. I kept calling them to get her an appointment \u0026 they kept blowing me off. Well she was VERY VERY SICK. I was told her blood work was so messed up the vet said she must of ate something toxic. At that point she had kidney failure \u0026 to attempt to save her life the first 24 hours would cost about $5000.“

“I called in stating that my cat had a sore on his neck and that I thought it was a bite from our other indoor cat. The man I spoke to was extremely understanding and thorough. He explained in full detail of what’s expected, and worse case scenario etc. He even asked if I could send him a photo to their email so they could get an idea of a treatment plan beforehand. It was a night and day difference compared to the vet I called prior as they told me I couldn’t bring my cat in for 3-4 weeks. “Dr. Neumann is fantastic! She saved our young puppy's vision. He had a sudden neurological problem develop. She took us in as an emergency the next day. Everywhere else the wait was about 30 plus days. If it wasn't for her kind and immediate response and extensive knowledge, our Imhotep would definitely be blind, possibly brain damaged, or maybe dead.
