I had such a great experience here. It was my first time getting waxed and Shawna could not have been sweeter or more accommodating. She was easy to talk to, gentle, and very quick! I highly recommend this place! :)

I have had several Brazilian waxes from Rachael and absolutely no problems. She's polite and professional. THEY CANT ANSWER THE PHONE WHILE WORKING SO I SUGGEST TEXTING FOR ANYONE NOT GETTING THRU...She gets back to me fast and can slip me in if I need something, and she has been very flexible with me as I'm disabled and sometimes have to change my appointments! How your skin reacts is about your skin and how you treat it. There are products available for angry skin or to prevent In grown hair. They can't always get them all bc your hair cycles are all different. My advice for Brazilian is take a long shower or bath prior to going, hair comes out much easier. Then don't bath for 24 hours . If you want the best results wax every 4-6 weeks and you will soon notice less hair, finer hair. I've been doing this for 15 years and it all depends on how YOU treat your skin My waxes take 20 minutes now, not painful if you soak in water, I have CHRONIC Pain so I wouldn't DO IT if it hurt me!
