They were helpful, got two things done, and will come back when the curtain rods I need hung arrive. They lose a star for making promises they couldn't keep. I realize they are incredibly busy, and they want to respond as quickly as they can, but two days in a row of saying we will see you between X and X, then emailing to say they had a glitch and couldn't come almost made them strike out with me. Yes, I would hire them again. They did an excellent job, in a short amount of time, and were friendly and professional.

Had an issue with my front door so I made a post on Yelp asking for someone to reach out to come take a look to see how it could be fixed. Had a couple offers from some people to some work that seemed shady and overpriced, but Brandon from B&L reached out to me the same day and offered to swing by my house to come give me an exact quote on the cost for all the repairs. We made an appointment that worked for us both as we both have busy schedules, and he came and did the job better than I could have imagined, all while being covid cautious to the fullest extent.
