I want to highly recommend sustainable living builders. They replaced my roof and gutters for a reasonable price, and did a very good job . Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They cleaned up all of the debris, and did a final walk through to make sure we were completely satisfied. Also, they were easily contacted and explained everything well. I had begun to abandon hope of getting my roof replaced before State Farm cancelled my home owners insurance. But then I found Sustainable Living Builders. They got the job done with professionalism and were able to accommodate removal and re-installation for my solar panels which seemed daunting to other contractors. The work was done on time and within budget. I will write another positive review after it starts raining!
We have a 70+ year old home with a wood shake roof and layers of shingles (with the last layer put on nearly 30 years ago) that needed replacement including a full tear down and new plywood so that we could put on solar in the future. SLB provided a very competitive quote for the roof and gutter replacement. Their team (led by Ramon and Daniel) was excellent - professional, thorough, communicative, and very responsive to our requests and needs. They were also willing to pivot when we realized we needed to do some work we hadn't planned for (a roof clean-up tied to rats in the attic and insulation) and thorough in addressing punch-list issues and items afterwards.
