I'm not sure how their cleaning services are, but their alterations and customer service are horrible.

I brought in a shirt to be both patched and hemmed. The employee who initially dealt with me told me it would be finished in two weeks. A separate employee showed up mid way through the interaction and told me that they would actually have it finished in about four days.

Two weeks went by and I got the call. Even though I was told four days, I figured this was fair enough since I was initially told two weeks anyway.

Been going to Saint Francis Cleaners for 4 years + and they have always been fantastic. 3 months ago it seems there was management change and instantly every batch we pick up for the last 3 months seems just as dirty as when we brought it. Many batches, all the same stains, marks and body odor when we get them back. Prices seem higher as well. Today took a shirt out of the plastic to travel and just as dirty as when I brought it. Done with them and changing. Too bad, it was a convenient location.

Their work is good, price is right. The little girl who works up front (young women) needs to learn a thing or two about customer service, but other than that, never been disappointed.
