I had the BEST experience here with Jessica! I was super nervous because I was looking for a new stylist, but Jessica took such good care of my and my hair that I know I've found my new person! She listened to everything I wanted and gave me the perfect style while considering my hair texture and level of maintenance :) Such a nice and calming salon too!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Shelby for haircuts and reiki sessions for a few years. I was initially drawn to the salon based on the inclusive and intimate environment they described on the website. I was not disappointed! The salon has become a peaceful sanctuary for self care time. Shelby has always been able to achieve exactly what I request. She has also taught me haircare tips through the years that have dramatically helped repair my damaged hair. The reiki sessions accompanied with the scalp massages have been rejuvenating for the body and soul. I can’t recommend Shelby enough! I leave the chair feeling beautiful, inside and out!

I've been hunting for a new person since 2020 when I cut ties with my last gal. Since then I've tried 2 different people but no one has felt like a good fit for me. Until today! Natalie is new to the area, new to Sparrow since June, and she is fantastic! I'm relatively low maintenance but do like to have some grey coverage and found her specifically within this cute salon because she is low chemical, organic processing. I showed a couple pics, explained what I'm seeking, we talked and she began to work her magic. She did an incredible job! I love my color and cut, she is friendly, easy to talk to, good at what she does and gives off an overall warm friendly vibe. Super happy to have finally found someone who is good at what they do and I felt comfortable in her chair. Yay!! All the women at the salon (2 others) were friendly and kind, the whole salon has a friendly hood energy. Some of the products are locally sourced from Concord which is cool - they smell amazing! I'm feeling so happy from this first experience and excited for my next appointment!
