I had a friend refer me to Nick for acupuncture to treat my back issues. Having had back surgery for multiple herniated discs, I've dealt with back pain for years and have had it adversely affect my daily routine. Nick took the proper time to get to know me and my specific situation as well as explaining the treatment, making sure I felt comfortable as a first time acupuncture patient. I was able to quickly notice small differences after my first treatment, which turned into a large improvement in my overall mobility. I travel a lot for work, and while I used to walk off a plane a bit doubled over, I can thankfully say I'm not physically bothered by those types of situations anymore. Additionally, I'm able to work out like I used to and am on the road to getting back in better shape. Moreover, I can genuinely tell that Nick cares about the “whole patient” and their health journey. Versus just churning out repeat business, Nick wanted to see me get healthier. My visits to him felt personal and comfortable. As someone who wasn't too sure about the concept of acupuncture or alternative medicine, Nick definitely made a believer out of me.
