Sean sold me the (not inexpensive) services of his California web team to start on Jan 1. I bought 6 months upfront. They didn't follow up until Jan 18 and at that time revealed that they intended to outsource the work overseas which I was surprised and not comfortable with. (anyway that is much cheaper, why would I pay $1,000/mo for Asian SEO services!) When I asked for a refund Sean refused claimed that he had already spent all the money, and claimed that the words "12 month program" on the invoice he sent me in fact obliged me to not only accept the inferior services but continue to do so for 12 months. Sean and his team have been on my team covering my onlin epresence for the last several years now. they were very supportive withoiut being pushy about how much I needed to have done. This was particularly important to me because my hesistancy came from a place of not being particularly tech savvy. They did not give up on instead were there when I finally got round to understanding how much they could help me they stepped right back in with amazing results.
