Scotty cleaned my family’s 30+ year old carpets (including some shag carpets AND carpeting around 3 bathroom toilets!!?) He was extremely professional & thoroughly explained his quote, which included steam cleaning the tile/grout kitchen floor. His method and products especially worked wonders on the exposed areas where the washer, dryer, & refrigerator were removed, exposing 40+ year dirt and grime! Our golden doodle was humping our pillows last night and cut his prepuce and bled all over our very light carpeting. Our amazing carpet cleaner, Scotty come out and he was able to remove the stain. Jack is healthy and safe and we are relieved. Scotty is kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. Every-time he does anything for us, it’s perfect. We highly recommend him.

Scotty was highly recommended by Vic of Tri-County Flooring. He is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. Scotty's communication is clear, and professional. The day of our appointment he arrived as he said he would. The carpets were a mess- huge black spots of spilled liquid and food ( my Dad's caregivers were not careful). They vacuumed and then used a machine to bring to the surface of the carpet, stuff from the pad. Then the carpet was steamed clean. Floor fans started the drying process.
