I highly recommend Ana, who was my PT here. She is professional, caring, and really really great as a therapist. I have osteo-arthritis as well as other issues and I remained pretty pain free while under her care. The facility is airy and clean, and has many exercise devices. The office staff is quite pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is the wait to get scheduled for new referrals. Sadly I will have to get therapy someplace else, as the soonest new appointment is 3 months out.
They said it couldn't be done... After splitting a tendon in my foot/ankle, I was told by my orthopedist that the only fix was surgical and physical therapy wouldn't work... so I got a new orthopedist ... who felt there was "no harm in trying". After seeing John for an unrelated issue and describing my foot issue, thinking there was no help, he disagreed. Over the next couple of months he and Guy took me from pain & limping to absolutely no pain at all. Now, 6+ months later, I am still pain free and walking every day. No surgery, no cast, no time off. I'm keeping up with the exercises they gave me and feel that if I continue there is no surgery in my future. When they say they provide results-oriented physical therapy, they mean it. My results are terrific and I'm so grateful for their expertise. In my opinion you can't get better physical therapy or have a better experience or outcome anywhere else.
I had a TKR in 2017. It did not go as well as I would have liked. I was in severe pain and my progress was slow. When I was finally able to go to physical therapy, I went to Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy on Farmers Lane. They were the best thing that happened to me since my TKR. Kyle was my physical therapist then and since I have returned He is my PT now. He is most knowledgeable and is such a kind, patient and positive human being. When you are in pain, it is hard to be positive. Kyle is most supportive, empathetic and encouraging. He is always up to date on the most recent advances in PT and healing. He is a master at his craft and genuinely cares about helping people heal, get physically and mentally fit and to live safely in whatever circumstance brings them here. Guy and John are also great Physical Therapists & human beings. Watching them interact with their patients is inspiring. Each and everyone of them are truly good people who are dedicated to their patients safety and healing. In fact, every single staff member from the physical therapists to the administrative staff are all so very nice and diligent at their professions. Anna and Megan in the admin office as well as Karina are all so friendly and helpful. This is such a positive & professional atmosphere. Robin is also a PT whom I occasionally see. She, too is also great with here patients. They have many different types of equipment. It is very clean and you can even continue your workout regimen after your pt is complete for a fee. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy. You just can't go wrong in putting your Trust in these people. Happy Healing!
